Novo Labs delivers an end-to-end AI-based voice ordering service to large chain restaurants. The initial use case is to handle phone call orders, but the Company has plans to expand to drive-thru and other high-volume voice ordering channels. It is implemented in existing ordering channels and does not require a change to existing ordering behavior.
